Circle W Sports welcomes Selinsgrove Football to the family

June 12, 2018

Wellsboro, PA - Circle W Sports, the new name in the game for High School sports, is excited to announce that the Selinsgrove Seals Football team in Selinsgrove, PA has joined the Circle W Sports family.

Circle W Sports, LLC is an online service that provides a platform for high school teams and sports organizations to promote coaches, programs, and student athletes.

The 2009 AAA State champions are getting an upgrade of their existing website that will feature Circle W Sports' easy-to-embed rosters, team schedules, game stats, photo galleries, and team history. All information will be available this summer, before the start of the 2018 season.

"I am very pleased to have Circle W Sports as part of the Seals Football family," said head football coach Derek Hicks. "Circle W Sports is a local company that is providing a quality product to several other District 4 schools / organizations. I am excited to see what they can do for Seals Football!"

Circle W Sports found its beginnings in 2006 when owner Ed Weaver launched WellsboroFootball.com, the flagship website promoting the Wellsboro Hornet Football team. The organization provides the latest up-to-date scores, statistics, and coverage in this region. Since 2006, WellsboroFootball.com has recorded over a half million page views and has spawned other websites including WellsboroAthletics.com, WellsboroBaseball.com, WellsboroBasketball.com, WellsboroXC.com, WellsboroGolf.com, WellsboroSoccer.com, WellsboroSoftball.com, and WellsboroSwimming.com. Each website provides player information, rosters, schedules, statistics, and history about each Wellsboro team.

Circle W Sports also runs and manages websites for PIAA District IV, the Northern Tier League, the Tioga County Sports Hall of Fame and the PIAA District 4 Football Coaches Association, and provides statistical data to Home Page Sports, Fox Sports Williamsport, and the Valley Sports Report.

"We are extremely proud to have Selinsgrove join our family," said Circle W Sports owner/founder Ed Weaver. "The Seals have a rich tradition of excellence in PIAA District IV, winning not only a state championship but 44 combined state, district, and league championships, and we couldn't be happier to have them on our roster. Circle W Sports' first website project was for football, so we're building on top of our 12 years of experience to produce another high quality product."
