Montgomery High School joins Circle W Sports

Wellsboro, PA - Circle W Sports, the new name in the game for High School sports, is excited to announce that Montgomery Area High School in Montgomery, PA has joined the Circle W Sports family.

Circle W Sports, LLC is an online service that provides a platform for high school teams and sports organizations to promote coaches, programs, and student athletes.

The Montgomery School District and Athletic Department will receive a new website,, to promote its' student-athletes and athletic programs. All athletic information, including news from the Athletic Department and Booster Club, to Montgomery Athletic history, rosters, schedules, coaches, and player information, will all be available online starting later this fall.

"I am extremely excited to be working with Circle W Sports and developing a website for Montgomery Athletics," said Montgomery Athletic Director Mike Snyder. "In coordinating and developing the site with Ed and the Circle W Sports team, it was very apparent early on that they have flexible and easy to use software that can meet the needs of our entire athletic department. It was evident that they put the student-athletes first in design, that will allow us to both promote individuals and teams as well as increase participation at Montgomery. I want to thank Circle W Sports for taking the time to develop our site and we are looking forward to its debut."

Circle W Sports found its beginnings in 2006 when owner Ed Weaver launched, the flagship website promoting the Wellsboro Hornet Football team. The organization provides the latest up-to-date scores, statistics, and coverage in this region. Since 2006, has recorded over a half million page views and has spawned other websites including,,,,,,, and Each website provides player information, rosters, schedules, statistics, and history about each Wellsboro team.

Circle W Sports also runs and manages websites for PIAA District IV, the Northern Tier League, the Tioga County Sports Hall of Fame and the PIAA District 4 Football Coaches Association, and provides statistical data to Home Page Sports, Fox Sports Williamsport, and the Valley Sports Report.

Since we started our platform back in 2010 with the Wellsboro Area School District, their athletes have received more recognition from not only the league and district level, but the state level as well. We are excited to provide the same tools we have developed the past seven years for Wellsboro and bring them to Montgomery and the great student-athletes and staff of the Red Raiders."
