Welcome to Circle W Sports ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, platforms, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Eligibility

You represent that you have the rights or permission to share this content, and it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;

- Attempt to access or tamper with the accounts of others;
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights;
- Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

6. Mobile Applications
If you access our Services via a mobile app, additional terms from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may apply. You agree to comply with those terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

8. Termination

Circle W Sports is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of our Services or reliance on the data presented.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circle W Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data.

14. Subscription and Payment Terms
a. Subscription Plans
Certain features of our Services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, and included features, will be presented at the time of sign-up.
b. Free Trials
We may offer free trials of our paid Services. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and you will be charged according to the plan you selected.
c. Payment
All fees are billed in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis, until cancellation.
If a payment is declined or fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
d. Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
e. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
f. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices or features. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not take effect until the start of your next billing cycle.
