Carter grew up in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, where he attended Elk County Catholic High School and competed in both soccer and basketball. Coming from a small town, it wasn't always easy to get noticed by college programs, but with the support of his high school coach he earned the opportunity to continue my basketball career at the next level. He spent two years playing at Elizabethtown College before transferring to Penn State DuBois, where he completed my collegiate career. Although injuries were a challenge throughout his journey, Carter wouldn't change a thing. Playing college basketball was a goal he always had, and the memories, growth, and relationships he built along the way mean everything to him.

College basketball is a grind, but it shaped Carter into a stronger athlete and person, on and off the court. Experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to gain exposure and connect with recruiters is a big part of why Carter chose the path he's on today. Carter now lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and works with Circle W Sports, where he helps athletes create and manage their Showcase Profiles, run skills clinics, and oversee social media across all Circle W Sports and Showcase platforms.

Carter's mission is simple: to help athletes get the recognition they deserve for the hard work they put in. He's been in their shoes, and he knows what it means to chase a dream from a small town. At Circle W Sports, we strive to support athletes and families by building tools and opportunities that truly make a difference. He's here to help them tell their stories, get noticed, and take the next step in their journey.
